Rio Huach National Park is a natural reserve which may be enjoyed by families, and an ample selection of watersports. Airboats and kayaks are two popular ways to witness an ecosystem that differs from all others - the mangroves of Costa Maya.
In this unique area you will see species not normally seen on the open sea – reptiles, seagulls, fishing eagles, baby barracudas, and countless species of fish. Due to natural nutrients and protection from the mangroves, this area is a superb sanctuary for fish and birds. They are all here for you to enjoy and photograph.
